PitchBook acquired LCD from S&P Global in 2022, bringing valuable leveraged loan and credit market data into the platform. I led the design effort to turn that data into interactive analyst tools, starting with CLO and BDC universe dashboards now used by hundreds of credit professionals.

As Madhive scaled, inconsistency across the product became a tax on every team. I led the build-out of a shared design system — from component library to contribution model — that reduced design debt and accelerated shipping across engineering and design.

When I joined Madhive, design was a team of one. As the company scaled, I hired, structured, and developed a team capable of supporting a rapidly growing product organization. This is the story of how that happened and what I learned.
